The Medical Division at Kings Mill Hospital are looking to appoint a clinical typist for maternity cover within the Cardiology Department (approximately 9 months). Clinical Typists are responsible for all standard typing services within the division, transcribing dictation using trust-standard equipment and computer systems.
You will hold RSA II Typewriting/Word Processing (or equivalent) and possess relevant administrative and clerical together with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Audio typing skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines also essential requirements of this post. Knowledge of medical terminology and previous experience of working within a health care environment is desirable.
