**12 month Fixed Term / Secondment**

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Division of Surgery for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Manager to support the work of the Business Unit on a 12 month fixed term contract or secondment. The post holder will be an excellen t communicator, who will be responsible for all aspects of business support to the Trauma and Orthopaedic Department, including the provision and analysis of performance management information, information to support service development and the development of business cases and plans.

You must have:

  • Knowledge of health service management, including change management.
  • Advanced knowledge of principles of service development/improvement and performance management.
  • In-depth knowledge of associated processes and systems
  • Evidence of team working
  • Experience of capacity & demand planning;
