We are looking to appoint a new Ward Leader for one of our busy rehabilitation wards. You must be dedicated to improving patient experience and committed to providing a positive and safe working environment.
You need to have the ability to motivate a team to working towards the Trusts' aims of reaching outstanding. The successful candidate will have to be passionate about leading and improving patient-centered care. Excellent communication skills are essential, along with drive, ambition and passion to inspire a team and lead improvements and change.

You will need to be educated to, or working towards, degree level or equivalent experience, and be able to demonstrate excellent clinical skills and the ability to support junior colleagues in their development.

You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
