An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent Deputy Ward Leader post within sub-acute rehabilitaion.
We are seeking a caring and compassionate, dynamic and enthusiastic Deputy Ward Leader to assist the current Ward Sister and band 6 in providing excellent, evidence based nursing care on Oakham Ward, ensuring patient safety and experience is optimised.
We are a dynamic, friendly and supportive team who are committed to providing high quality patient care whilst achieving the Clinical Quality Indicators and other national targets. Working alongside the ward manager and as part of the multi-disciplinary team. As a department, we are committed to supporting and developing all Nurses, in order for each individual to flourish in their role, assisting you in developing your career pathway alongside a team of highly skilled nurses.
This is an exciting opportunity and would suit an experienced nurse looking to develop their career in elderly rehabilitaion nursing. Training and support will be offered.
